ACUPUNCTURE PRICES:
Initial Acupuncture Treatment: $150.00
Follow-Up Acupuncture Treatment: $100.00
Initial Consult (Acupuncture): $50 (15 minutes)
Community Chair Acupuncture (Treatment of Ear, Hands and Feet): $50.00
Initial Herbal Consult: $100.00 (30 minutes)
Follow-up Herbal Consult: $50.00 (15 minutes)
Acupuncture Packages:
10 acupuncture treatments for $750.00 ($75 per treatment)
5 acupuncture treatments for $425.00 ($85 per treatment)
Each session includes Acupuncture for both sides. These treatments must be used within 1 year of the purchase date. You can authorize anyone to use your treatments if scheduled it in advance, subject to $50 Initial Consult Fee. There are no refunds available with this offer after 15 days from purchase.
LASER PRICES (WEIGHT-LOSS, SMOKING CESSATION AND PAIN RELIEF):
First Treatment with Laser (Initial Consult and Therapy) $250.00
1 Follow Up Laser Session $175.00
7 Treatment Program for $750 (Protocol as Supported and Recommended by Scientific Research)
ACUPRESSURE PRICES:
1.25 HOUR Shiatsu Acupressure Massage $200 (75 minutes)
STUDENTS (WITH STUDENT ID)
Individual treatments are priced at $100.00 for an Initial Treatment and $65.00 for Follow Up Treatments. Buy a Package of 6 Acupuncture Treatments for $300.00. There are no refunds available with this offer after 15 days from purchase.
INSURANCE COVERAGE
We accept insurance with the proper approval forms submitted to our office from your health insurer prior to treatment (Some Policies Cover Acupuncture in some Instances- United Health Care, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Ohio State University)
INJURY AND ACCIDENT CLAIMS
We accept BWC (Bureau of Worker's Compensation) claims with an authorized C-9 Form and Car Accident Injury claims with proper insurance documentation and Letter of Protection from your Lawyer.
